chore(aiwg): adopt shared BT6 maintainer workflow

Summary

• refresh the in-project AIWG lifecycle, requirements, architecture, testing, and delivery artifacts
• replace the repository-local t3mp3st-maintainer addon with pinned bt6-maintainer v0.2.0 from the shared BT6 extension repository
• add a repository profile, immutable release lock, and maintainer:check / maintainer:sync workflows for Claude and Codex deployment
• preserve the contributor courtesy-cleanup policy developed during recent maintainer work
• synchronize generated getting-started documentation, update vulnerable transitive dev dependencies, and give the expensive inline-script lint regression test an explicit timeout budget
