Overview
This PR deletes two legacy example projects under examples/: the ElevenLabs Mac Helper app (Xcode project, Swift sources, assets, and bundled .app artifacts) and the audio-native/nextjs-sticky-player Next.js demo (source, posts, config, and lockfiles).

No runtime/library code is modified; the change is a repository cleanup intended to remove vulnerable/outdated example content.
