+RefundRights is an intelligent AI agent designed to help travelers hassle-free secure refunds for flights, hotels, and travel bookings. Dealing with customer service or navigating complex cancellation policies can be exhausting; RefundRights automates this entire process by comparing platform policies with local consumer protection laws, drafting professional appeal letters, and driving the dispute process forward to significantly increase the success rate.

+## How It Works
+
+RefundRights utilizes a multi-agent architecture. When a user submits a travel dispute, our LLM agent analyzes the case, checks regional consumer protection laws, and formulates a strategic action plan.

+*(Under Development)* For voice-based disputes, the system will connect to a VoIP pipeline. The LLM's text responses will be streamed directly into the **ElevenLabs Speech Synthesis API** using low-latency WebSockets, ensuring real-time, fluid conversations with customer service operators. We also plan to leverage ElevenLabs' Voice Cloning to allow users to optionally use authorized, professional voice profiles for their phone appeals.
