Summary

Adds PropertyIQ — an always-on AI maintenance coordinator for property management. ElevenLabs Conversational AI handles tenant intake (browser widget + Twilio number), invokes a FastMCP server during the call to read tenant/property context and create tickets, and triggers vendor dispatches via the ElevenLabs Outbound Call API once the property manager approves them on the dashboard.
