Align the bycorf gitlink with the stated TLS scope.
The gitlink selects 0f0514afcdb1da4bfa157125fea3b220e9981a2d, whose parent is 0ebded3c8d87341ee0f18de0938a160fcbd220df (“Restore coroutine-based TLS read and write loops”). The stated native TLS target is 65a0eb80957309aeaf11b11ada81ff5dc23a7558.
If dropping TLS awaitables is intentional, update the PR description to state the TCP-only scope. Otherwise, point the gitlink to 65a0eb80957309aeaf11b11ada81ff5dc23a7558.

Context
Adopt eloqdata/bycorf#11 to remove thin forwarding coroutine frames from TCP stream operations.
Behavior before and after
ReadSome, WriteSome, and WriteSomeV keep their co_await syntax and results. Raw operations live in the caller's frame; the TLS branch owns its existing Task. TLS read/write loops and symmetric transfer are unchanged.
WriteAll/WriteAllV retain their Task APIs and original retry loops. Raw completion callbacks and io_uring CQ handling are unchanged.
Implementation
Update only the Bycorf gitlink from 7904686 to 1c9ba9b, rebased onto Bycorf main d13be7b. Replication's WriteText API is preserved. There is no final diff in Bycorf's TLS source or header.
Design decisions and alternatives
Limit the conversion to thin wrappers around single raw operations. TLS and full-write loops retain compiler-generated coroutine state. The common stream wrapper continues to select raw operations or the existing TLS Task at runtime.
Documentation and comments
Bycorf comments cover worker affinity, borrowed buffers, immediate completion, and Task ownership. Architecture contracts remain unchanged.
Test plan
Risk assessment
Coverage includes immediate results, short writes, backpressure, EOF, disconnects, TLS concurrency, and scheduling classes. A previous CI hang was localized to half-closed AF_UNIX multishot receive. The new receive regression preserves the same half-close timing on loopback TCP and passed the full CI matrix before the rebase. Local provided-buffer registration is unavailable, so local raw tests use the receive fallback. No DPDK or throughput claim is made.
Rollback plan
Restore the Bycorf gitlink to 7904686.
