Follow these steps to replicate the results:

1. Clone this github repository or download its contents.
2. Download the European social survey rounds 1-10 and unzip into data/source.
3. Customize the path for the global macro in run.do (line 16) and run this do-file.
4. Customize the working directory and run 4_Plotting.R.
