fix: add CmdletBinding and guard clauses to Run-GuestExhaustive.ps1

Summary

Adds [Parameter(Mandatory = $false)], [ValidateSet()], and [ValidateNotNullOrEmpty()] to $VMName. Adds early guard clauses using typed exceptions to check Hyper-V module and VM existence.
