Move the released PR #80 notes out of Unreleased
When documenting the published 20.0.0 release, this entry identifies PR #80 as included, but the eleven detailed notes introduced by that PR remain under Unreleased. Consequently, the changelog now labels already-shipped relevance, matching, and provider changes as forthcoming, and subsequent generated release sections will leave those stale notes in place; move those PR #80 entries into the 20.0.0 section while retaining only genuinely post-release work under Unreleased.

Automated changelog update for 20.0.0.
The release workflow generated and pushed this branch successfully, but GitHub blocked its final PR-creation step because the repository setting Allow GitHub Actions to create and approve pull requests is disabled. This PR completes that final step without altering the generated changelog content.
