Compile Issues

For some reason, when cloning the project Visual Studio struggles with 2 things:

• nuget package Newtonsoft.Json cannot be found
• various .cpp files cannot be found.

Here's a workaround:

Create a new folder named MonsterGear somewhere on your drive, copy the following files/folders from the git repo to this new folder: MonsterGear, monsterloop, packages, MonsterGear.sln. Open the sln file.

I have no idea why sometimes it failes when opening the sln from the git repo folder.
