DOCX 论文格式合规校验器，支持自定义规则集 (preset) 和自动微调。
pip install -e .依赖 pandoc 用于内容提取（需确保 pandoc 在 PATH 中）。
这个仓库只需要记两个入口：

python "E:\My Project\thesis-format-checker\tests\run_full_tests.py"delivery/run_delivery.py 是业务 main；tests/run_full_tests.py 是测试 main。src/ 是内部实现，不作为日常启动入口。
标准真源统一在 src/thesis_format_checker/standard/：
ncwu.yaml：华北水利水电大学格式、阅读节奏和视觉块规则配置rules.py：可执行规则注册与检测逻辑
thesis-check 是格式检测器的底层 CLI，给业务入口和调试使用，不是论文迭代的主入口。
