mms/mmk differences - cms support #93

Description

@hb--

Maybe it is in the documentation, at the moment I don't have access, so ...
CMS support in MMK is not equivalent to that of MMS. Especially the macros
mms$cms_library, $@ and $< are expanded differently:

$ ty yy.mms
yy.obj : yy.c~
        write sys$output "$(mms$cms_library)"
        write sys$output "$@"
        write sys$output "$(mms$cms_element)"
        write sys$output "$<"
        write sys$output "$(mms$cms_gen)"
        write sys$output "$&"
$ mms/id
