feat(profile): profile distributions v0 — install, update, info, list - #12

Adds `mairu profile {install,update,info,list}` plus a global `--profile`
flag that overlays a named profile's `config.toml` and prompt files on top
of the global config. Distribution sources can be a git URL or a local
directory; installs land at `~/.config/mairu/profiles/<name>/`.
Modelled on hermes-agent's profile distributions
(github.com/NousResearch/hermes-agent). V0 scope is prompt + config bundle
only — per-profile state isolation, MCP, skills, and cron are intentionally
out of scope until the underlying systems exist (see
thinking-os/decisions/mairu-profile-distribution-2026-05.md).
Notable:
- Manifest is YAML (`distribution.yaml`) to mirror hermes; in-profile
config is TOML to match mairu's existing config format.
- Dev builds (`go run`, unversioned `go build`) skip the
`mairu_requires` gate to avoid blocking local development.
- `--profile` has no shorthand: `-p` is already claimed by
`context-server -p PORT` and `utcp -p`.
