Adds explicit standard distribution subpaths for
@overkill-dev/test/config,@overkill-dev/test/reporters,@overkill-dev/test/assert,@overkill-dev/test/bench,@overkill-dev/test/resources, and@overkill-dev/test/baselineswhile keeping root imports scoped to authoring. The implemented subpaths re-export leaf-owned APIs, reserved package families exposeunavailable(), and package smoke now verifies generated export maps plus consumer imports.\n\nVerified withjust compile,just test-types,just test-unit,just test-package-smoke,just eslint,just lint-unused-code, andjust lint-dependencies.\n\nPart of #194.
