ensdomains/ensips#85 is open for review. Called a pending ENSIP rather than given a number, since none is assigned yet. - Playground: a bordered callout in the accent colour, under the subtitle and above the tabs. - atst.me: the same line between the masthead and the spec. Its border uses currentColor, so it follows the page's light and dark themes without a second rule. - Both llms.txt files list it under Specification, alongside ENSIP-27.

Name owners use text records to advertise social media accounts and other profile information. For many records, an authority or a trusted third-party observer can verify the claimed association. This document defines how such a third party creates an attestation of a record's validity, how a name owner publishes it, and how a consumer interprets it.
