Quick and dirty PoC for switching website from Wyam to Statiq.
To test:
Site uses https://github.com/swissgrc/Docable theme, which is a fork of the official Docable theme containing some fixes.
Website is not exactly the same as before and pipeline would also not work (e.g. publishing task is not overriden for Statiq).
