Listing symbols times out on streams with millions of symbols

get_stream_symbols times out on TimeBase servers that have millions of symbols. The tool exposes a limit/cursor, but this pagination is only intended for reducing LLM context growth. Python dxapi lacks proper pagination for these methods.
