[Eval > Run Comparison] Hovering a metric row highlights only one run row instead of both

How to reproduce

1. Login to Admin.
2. Open Run Comparison with two completed runs.
3. Go to Summary Overview tab.
4. In the Metric Scores section, hover over a metric sub-row (e.g. "exact_match" row under "Exact Match").
5. Observe which rows get a hover highlight.

Actual result

Only the row of one run is highlighted on hover (e.g. Run #1133 row gets a background highlight, Run #1131 row does not).

Expected result

Both run rows for the same metric are highlighted simultaneously on hover.

Additional information

Clicking a metric row already correctly selects that metric in the Test Cases Distribution widget on the right - the issue is hover state only.
