Mirrors the Responses API method group end-to-end (constants, seed body, answer-column extraction, reseed-on-target-change, i18n), but gates the group's visibility only on the deployment's interfaces reporting anthropicMessages (plus sticky selection) — there is no features-flag equivalent for this interface. Description:
This branch expands Test Suites to support OpenAI Responses and Anthropic Messages APIs. It introduces capability-aware method selection, model-aware request templates, a unified deployment lookup, and backend-driven Try Out column extraction and OpenSpec documentation.
