How to reproduce

PRE-CONDITIONS:
User opened a chat and used the microphone/dictation control to record a voice message.

TEST STEPS:

1. Open a chat and start a new message.
2. Click the microphone button and record a voice message.
3. Send / observe the message after recording finishes.

Actual result

The chat response area shows a "Transcribing audio..." label next to the waveform.

Expected result

After recording, the message box shows the recorded audio waveform with controls to add more (+), cancel (X), and confirm/send.
