[Chat] Pasting two different images sends two copies of the second image

How to reproduce

1. Copy an image (e.g., Image 1) to the clipboard and paste it into the chat input box.
2. Copy a different image (e.g., Image 2) and paste it into the same input box.
3. Observe the input area preview: it correctly shows Image 1 and Image 2.
4. Click the Send button.

Actual result

The first image is replaced/overwritten by the second image, resulting in two identical copies of Image 2 being sent to the model, even though the input preview correctly showed two distinct images before sending.

Expected result

The sent message should contain the two original, distinct images (Image 1 and Image 2).
