[Chats] Ctrl+Z does not undo a prompt inserted from the Prompt Library

How to reproduce

1. Open the new chat.
2. Type any custom text, for example: 'Hello, what's new with you?'
3. Open + → Prompts → Catalog.
4. Select a prompt 1from the list.
5. Make sure the inserted prompt appears together with the previously entered user text.
6. Press Ctrl+Z.

Actual result

The prompt inserted from the Prompt Library remains in the input field after pressing Ctrl+Z.

The text that the user entered manually before inserting the prompt also remains unchanged.

As a result, Ctrl+Z does not undo the most recent content modification made by inserting a library prompt.

Expected result

Pressing Ctrl+Z immediately after inserting a prompt from the Prompt Library should undo the prompt insertion and restore the input field to its previous state.

The text entered manually by the user before the prompt was inserted should remain in the field.
