[Toolset] Toolset cannot be saved with an SSE endpoint

How to reproduce

1. Open the Toolset Editor.
2. Fill in all required fields.
3. Set Endpoint to: sse://mcp-test.example.com/events
4. Select SSE as the Protocol.
5. Click Save.

Actual result

The toolset is not saved. An error notification is displayed:

invalid URI scheme sse

A Request ID is also shown in the error notification.

api/v1/toolsets/toolsets%2F3a7hs4yCSYbeCmeGetaL1wd9skhwGL5vQwwRYeFetiRB35cjvoxrvQEdZ46Z2X8VBU%2FQA%2520Toolset%2520TC01%25208358__0.0.1 returns 400

Expected result

The toolset should be saved successfully when the Endpoint uses the supported sse:// scheme and the Protocol is set to SSE.
