How to reproduce

Steps:

Open File Manager/My Files tab
click on New button
click on Upload Files
select any files and upload them

Actual result

Files were uploaded to File Manager, just uploaded files are not selected

Expected result

In the case if files are uploaded from the device to Attach files window, just uploaded files should be auto-selected.
