Refresh guides/admin-guide.md and its screenshots to match the current StatGPT Admin UI: new structure with a table of contents, config examples in the admin (camelCase) format from the sample configs, new sections (per-dataset Versions and Auto update jobs, channel-level reindex/deduplicate, Audit Logs), and new sample-only annotated screenshots.
