This PR adds support for two new features:

  1. Gemini Embedding Support: Users can now select "Gemini" as their embedding provider in the Model Configuration settings. The backend logic in chroma_utils.py has been updated to correctly detect the dimension (512) for Gemini models like text-embedding-004.
  2. Qwen3 Base Model: The training page now includes Qwen3-Next-80B-A3B-Instruct as a selectable base model for fine-tuning, with an appropriate RAM recommendation (128GB+).

PR created automatically by Jules for task 986091378204126376 started by @ericzhoun

- Frontend: Add Gemini as an option in Model Configuration Modal.
- Frontend: Add Qwen3-Next-80B-A3B-Instruct to training base model options.
