Keystone (Pivoted)

Real-estate transaction and compliance platform. I moved on from this product; this repository retains its code and the former Drastic company monorepo.

Keystone features

• Organization-scoped CRM, KYC, bidding, documents and transaction workflows.
• Versioned compliance policies and retained rule snapshots.
• Replayable decisions with engine versions and input/output hashes.
• Provider reconciliation with event identity, sequence tracking and operator decisions.
• Audit exports and PostgreSQL backpressure controls.

Technical: TypeScript, PostgreSQL, shared application packages and agent tooling.

Retained qualification includes PGlite integration tests and deterministic pilot fixtures. Product and Compliance approval were separate from the engineering checkpoint.
