Updating to Bootstrap 5. (Lot's of AI changes, need to verify the diffs.)
The AdminLTE stuff needs a lot of changes still. But we should probably first remove the unused areas before attempting to fix that. Or we just ignore the admin area for now since that will mostly be replaced by static content.
