Cut and publish the next minor release now from the merged main branch. Release @escidmore/linear-axi as v0.5.0 because the merged work adds user-facing issue/list validation and label-removal capabilities. The release must only bump package.json and package-lock.json through the repository's documented npm version flow, validate the package, push a release branch, create a PR, and reach green CI before merge. After merge, the v0.5.0 tag will be pushed to trigger the existing npm Trusted Publishing workflow, and the published registry version must be verified.
