Additional SystemEvents for provisioning Generic EventTaskType enum, event task types and state New ServerStatus interface and explanation of server state Removes `Wizard`/`WizardJobs` types and `wizard` from `DDPClientMeta`
Adds a `ServerStatus` enum to represent server states. Refactors task types to differentiate between main provisioning tasks and subtasks. Removes wizard related types and renames `RequestFinishServer` to `RequestProvisionServer`
