feat: include the cmtat token standard in the map #174
Opened a PR for this at #190. Added CMTAT as a related standard alongside ERC 3643 in GLOSSARY.md, patterns/pattern-erc3643-rwa.md, and use-cases/private-rwa-tokenization.md, since it covers the same compliant tokenization intent through a rule engine and allowlist model instead of an identity registry, and is blockchain agnostic with an existing privacy preserving implementation in Noir for Aztec.
