Implement PDFReportGenerator class that produces threat analysis reports as PDF documents. Includes cover page, executive summary, traffic overview, protocol analysis, threat summary table with severity color-coding, detailed threat breakdowns, timeline analysis, recommendations, and methodology sections. Unicode text is sanitized to latin-1 for compatibility with the Helvetica font. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
