chore: update RLUSD and PYUSD labels for K3 Capital

Changes

• Rename the products to K3 Capital RLUSD and K3 Capital PYUSD.
• Preserve descriptions and add the former Sentora names.
• Assign both products to K3 Capital; preserve slugs and vault lists.

Validation

• Node 24 verifier and Biome passed.

Draft pending governance transfer execution.
