I'm an engineering leader who still reads the diffs.
I co-founded Onfleet and spent twelve years as its CTO, taking a last-mile delivery platform from first commit to 250M+ deliveries, growing engineering from 0 to 35 across three continents, and keeping the system standing through COVID's 10× overnight surge. We raised $40M and became a category leader in delivery logistics.
Most recently I led engineering at Plenful, where AI automates healthcare operations workflows. In that environment a reliability failure reaches patients, which changes how you build.
- Platform and infrastructure at scale: multi-tenant data platforms, distributed job orchestration, real-time systems, and the unglamorous database work that keeps all of it fast
- AI-native engineering: making AI the default way a team builds, reviews, and ships, with the guardrails a regulated industry demands
- Engineering organizations: hiring frameworks, growth paths, and cultures where evidence beats authority
Agentic AI workflows: MCP servers, LLM-native development loops, and the tooling that makes coding agents actually useful to an engineering team.
- Flexible schemas are a loan. Take them when speed matters, but track the interest.
- Fix problems where they're written, not where they land.
- Detection time is a choice. Nobody should learn about an outage from a customer.
- Influence is earned with evidence, not titles, even when you're the founder.
