Single clean commit replacing the earlier "Add rules for Godfather" sequence which was accidentally re-adding the duplicate rule files at the repo root. This branch now follows the canonical layout where rule JSON files live only under rules/. * Adds rule #00274 "Modify PopupWindow width and invoke a method via reflection" at rules/00274.json, generated from the Godfather analysis run. * Re-tunes the existing 273 rules' scores from the score-adjustment PyTorch training pass run with the Godfather sample set added. Reflects each rule's malware-vs-benign signal across the current pool. * Removes the duplicate JSON files from the repo root (rules already live under rules/).
