Custom named sections to categorize stacks / stacks groups

Hii !

This was in the works by the original EMI++ creator but, well, things happened and I would love to see the idea back in this version !

It would be nice to have "sections" to categorize stacks and stack groups together, to further reduce the visual clutter of the EMI index (see screenshot)

This could also be used to solve #51 by converting aeronautics sections into REMI sections.

I think it would be nice if we could just specify in what tab and before or after what item they appear 🤔

If these dividers can also be seen in workstations it would be cool. Each potion effect having its own named section would make this SO MUCH clearer.
