Search looks up Stack Group IDs (and Fluid IDs) with Search by Item ID off

Describe the Bug

Hi !

When searching, stack groups with IDs matching the search will be shown with Search by Item ID off (see attached screenshots).
It also happens with fluids, but this may be a separate issue to make.

EDIT: It also happens with JEED effects, added a screenshot.
