Pin needs (high priority, visually highlighted)

Analogy: a pin. When the user pins a need it goes to the top of the list, ordered by when it was pinned. Cmd+ navigation should count pinned needs.

Behavior

• Pinned needs are shown in the main list regardless of snooze state.
• If a pinned need is settled, it goes to the settled list with no special UI indication.

Use case

Go over needs at the start of the day and pin the very important ones you must not lose track of.

Technical

Pinned needs map to "High" priority in Reminders and have a due date.

• UI indication for pinned needs.
• Where the pin button is shown.
