Problem

The release notes and product docs had drifted in different directions. The changelog needed to reflect the latest user-facing release work, while the evergreen docs workflow still encouraged pulling too many short-lived release details into README and marketing copy.

Approach

Refresh the App Store changelog from the latest release commits, then tighten the docs skill so README and landing content stay focused on durable product capabilities instead of minor recent polish. The website copy was also trimmed to match that evergreen positioning.

Scope

  • update APP_STORE_CHANGELOG.txt with the current release notes
  • refine the docs skill guidance for evergreen product documentation
  • simplify landing-page copy so it emphasizes core features over recent minor changes

Validation

  • Reviewed the final diffs for the changelog, docs skill, and landing copy
  • Confirmed the docs skill now explicitly filters low-signal release details out of evergreen docs

Update the App Store changelog with the latest user-facing release notes.

Tighten the docs skill so evergreen docs stay focused on core product capabilities instead of minor release-specific changes, and align the marketing landing copy with that direction.
