- Create publish-python.yml: builds wheels for Linux (x86_64/aarch64, glibc/musl), macOS (x86_64/aarch64), Windows (x86_64) across Python 3.9-3.13. Uses maturin-action + PyPI trusted publishing. - Switch pyproject.toml to dynamic versioning from Cargo.toml so Python and Rust versions stay in sync automatically. - Add Python 3.13 classifier. - Document Python publishing in release process spec. https://claude.ai/code/session_01CpNjeziWqpNS2VfGvaWurd
