Make the bot take in configuration from a file, so that we can configure behaviour outside the program.
For instance, register all webhooks for posting to the bot. The messages that come in should be tagged with #teams, #workplace, #slack to denote where they should be posted.
Configure channels to post to, for each platform.
Configure frequency of posts.

Also, don't allow posting a message from / to the same platform. So if I post a message on Slack and tag it with #slack, it should not be sent back to Slack.

Slack uses # to denote channels, so maybe another way of tagging messages would be needed?
