Aligns package.json keywords with the repo's GitHub topics for discoverability.

  • Adds the 14 topics from repos/expilu/smart-decisions/topics (API truth): agentic-ai, classification, classifier, confidence, decision-making, llm, llm-routing, logprobs, openai-api, probabilities, routing, semantic-routing, system1, typescript
  • Keeps system2 — not a GitHub topic, but a core library concept worth keeping on npm search (deliberate extra)
  • Drops the vague decisions / choices
  • Alphabetized

Metadata-only: no changeset (per the new CONTRIBUTING policy — the tarball semantics don't change). Keywords go live on npmjs.com with the next version publish.
