Add a section to references/queries.md for the observe_* tools in the Expo MCP Server. It maps each tool to its eas observe command, says to use the tools when they are available, and lists how their inputs differ from the CLI flags. The MCP has no error tools, so errors still need eas observe:errors and eas observe:event. In SKILL.md, add the MCP to the queries.md entry and add the docs link. Bump the eas-observe skill to 1.4.0 and the plugin manifests to 1.14.2. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
