Localization mod for War Thunder

Localizations are only for English. I may add others in the future. Don't count on it.

I may maintain this, I may not. In any event, if you want to make changes, do it yourself, it's not hard. Feel free to distribute this far and wide without telling me.

Ignore the release, just download whatever "units.csv" you see here.
