Currently in the avatar component the endpoints are hardcoded, even though some boilerplate could be auto generated from the API spec - [ ] Create `Video Push Service` API spec and generate code from it (right now `avatar/app/api/video.py` takes care of what could be auto generated) - [ ] Make sure `Avatar Generation Service` API spec is used to generate code (right now `avatar/app/api/avatars.py` takes care of what could be auto generated)
