global barchat missing

The dashboard is not able to plot the global bar chat. Can you confirm?
Perhaps it is on my end?

Fixed in commit 364a896 — bar chart now falls back to global mean data (loc_id = -1) when no local locations exist, and defaults the scale selector to 'global' in that case.
