This change introduces the Unity test framework to the project. It sets up the build system to download Unity via a Meson wrap file and adds a new
testsdirectory. Initial unit tests forsrc/util.c(specificallypath_appendandround_div) have been implemented to demonstrate the testing infrastructure. The tests can be run usingmeson test -C build.PR created automatically by Jules for task 15017435828476156630 started by @fangfufu
