Preserve Go 1.26.6 escaped-path canonical and subtree redirect
serialization across later toolchains while keeping explicit
subtree-root handlers authoritative.
Adopt schema-v2 cohesion metadata and immutable v1.3.0 tooling so
repository ownership, package selection, and documentation remain
machine-discoverable.
