Summary
Add runtime source-root resolution for Hjem standalone activation.
Relative manifest sources are resolved against an explicit
--rootpath, while relative targets are resolved against$HOME. Internal activation can useHJEM_SOURCE_ROOT.The existing package, generation, rollback, and activation paths are preserved.
