A command-line automation and troubleshooting tool written in Java, designed to optimize repetitive day-to-day tasks for IT Administrators and Helpdesk Support specialists. It provides rapid local network diagnostics, host configuration fetching, and automated system resource alerts.
- Automated ICMP Connection Tester (Ping): Fast check for local or external host connectivity with automated OS detection (Windows/Linux) and response status analysis. Ideal for diagnosing "no internet" tickets.
- Network Interface & IP Fetcher: Programmatically extracts hardware (MAC) addresses and active IPv4 configurations across all active local network interfaces, mimicking advanced
ipconfigdeployments. - Storage & Volume Monitor: Scans system partitions, calculates remaining space in gigabytes, and triggers automated administrative warnings if disk utilization exceeds the critical threshold of 90%.
- Language: Java 17+ (Core Network & File APIs)
- System Integration:
ProcessBuilderAPI for executing non-blocking, operating-system-level commands. - Networking Library:
java.net.*(NetworkInterface,InetAddress) for low-level socket and hardware analysis.
